THE SWANSON METHOD
1:1 fat loss coaching
The method
I work with women who feel like they've tried it all. My approach isn't about crash diets or quick fixes - it's about building habits you can actually keep, so fat loss fits into your life instead of taking it over.
The method ❊
Awareness & Metabolic Reset
We analyze what's actually happening - your current habits, patterns, and relationship with food, plus building a real strength training foundation. For many women, this phase means eating more, not less, to bring your metabolism back to a responsive state. You can't build a sustainable plan, or a stronger body, on a system that's running on empty.
01Fat Loss & Strength
We shift into a structured, sustainable fat loss phase built around your life. We focus on losing fat while building and preserving muscle, protein consistency, resistance training, and a calorie approach that holds up under real-life stress, travel, and bad days.
02Maintenance & Lifelong Habits
You’ll have a stronger body and a set of habits you can maintain without a coach standing over your shoulder. This phase locks in what's worked, keeps the strength you've built, and gives you the confidence to sustain it solo for life.
03I didn’t start here.
I lost weight on my own once, and lost muscle right along with it. Hiring a coach taught me how to actually approach fat loss the right way, and that’s exactly why I became one.

Science-backed approach. No crash diets, no quick fixes
to work together, you need to:
→ Be done with crash diets and quick fixes and want something that actually lasts
→ Be ready to build real habits, not chase another 30-day plan
→ Want to feel in control of your body again, without obsessing over the scale
→ Be willing to weigh and log your food consistently (no estimating, no guessing)
→ Be open to eating more if that's what your metabolism actually needs
→ Have 2-4 hours a week to commit to training and movement
