Meet Pauline, Founder of The Swanson Method

As a PN1-certified fat loss coach, I work with women in their 30s and 40s who feel like they've tried everything already.

Before we talk about cutting calories, we look at what's actually going on: sleep, stress, how much you're really eating. Sometimes, the answer is eating more to start, not less, to get your body to a place where it can actually respond. From there, we build habits that fit your real life, not a 30-day program you suffer through and abandon.

Being a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200) shapes how I coach. I focus on how you feel in your body, not just how it looks. It’s not about punishing yourself to get to a certain number on the scale.

No crash diets. No quick fixes. Just a method that actually holds up in a real, busy life.

My Approach

I started The Swanson Method because I kept seeing the same thing: smart, capable women who'd tried every diet, every program, every quick fix , and still felt stuck. What sets my approach apart isn't a secret trick. It's that I actually look at what's happening in your body first, before I ever hand you a meal plan

Simple habits

No crash diets, no extremes. Just real, sustainable habits: protein consistency, movement that fits your life, and a calorie approach that holds up under real stress, travel, and bad days.

Lasting results

The goal is a body and a set of habits that hold up long after we stop working together, so you walk away stronger, not just smaller.
